The Abbey Tavern prides itself on using only the very best produce in preparing items on our food and beverage menus.
Where possible, all food ingredients are locally sourced. Our fish comes from the local harbour just 500 yards away.
Most of our fresh fruit and vegetables are sourced from North County Dublin. Our fully traceable Irish, grass fed, 28 day aged beef is from farms from the Leinster region.
